Dualstrusion Solid Recycle Center Plaques

While the flexibility of my previous design for sliding plaques is nice, it turns out that what I really need is solidity more than flexibility. Particularly since ABS gets brittle in the cold and can snap off. So I redesigned these to use my dualstrusion printer capabilities (instead of the "print in one color, stop the print, switch filament, resume" fake dualstrusion I used last time since my printer then didn't have dualstrusion), and made them shorter vertically, so they won't have anything
