Slide-On extruder arm (Printrbot)

This is a quick and dirty extruder extension arm I put together, that does not require removal of the tension screw. Simply slide it on, or off.

There's a small depression for added grip and less slippage.

Like many of such extensions, this saves your thumb from pain and bruising.
