RepRap dispenser with easier reloading

A little addition to this filament dispenser to make it easier to reload. I liked the original design, except that you have to basically disassemble it every time you reload the filament spool. I separated the axel into an easy-to-remove axel slot and 2 separate bolts for the brackets that can stay in place.

To make, just print the original, except print 2 of the "Bracket.stl" instead of 4, and print 2 of these brackets.
