Remixed Cape for Giant THINGI-BLOK Darth Vader

This is a remixed version of someone else's work.
All I did was make the neck ring thicker for more strength. I was
building the Giant THINGI-BLOK Darth Vader, but scaled to 75% and wanted
the cape a little thicker around the neck to prevent breakage.

This is the full size cape and will still work for the 100% size giant Darth.
You can scale it as needed.
