Ultimate Greg's Wade's Geared Extruder - 24mm version

This is exactly the same as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:961630 with the single exception of 24mm spaced M3 mounting holes for backwards-compatibility with some old-style Prusa i3 X-carriages.

Everything else is exactly the same so please refer to the original 30mm version for details, attribution, comments, instructions, etc.

Again, complete OpenSCAD sources are available, including those for the fishbone gears.
