Screw and knob for Thingiverse Platform Jack #925556

I tried printing out the platform jack on my printer several times and, despite finally breaking free everything I could, kept twisting off the knob. This is a stand-alone screw and knob assembly to replace the printed in place assembly and can be used if you've broken the other moving parts free but have twisted off the knob. Some test pieces are included to allow you to scale the knob to get the screw end to fit.
