Scalar - AluHotEnd V6/V7 HotEnd holder

This is a hot end holder supporting AluHotEnd V6 (not tested on V7).
Compatible with any Scalar Family 3D printers.

The hot end model is for information purpose and was taken from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:709763.
