Fan holder extender for autolevel sensor

I decided to add second extruder for my Prusa I3. I choose Prusa i3 Adjustable E3D J-Head Dual Extruder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:694135), but I wanted to add the proximity sensor in front of it. I use the same sensor bracket, I do for my single extruder head (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:927560). So I needed to move the front fans a bit more forward. So I made the extenders for front fans.
