Cutting bolts can be difficult...
Why do not use the 3Drag as a diamond saw?
I did it, using http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:951383 (here for your convenience) and a small diamond blade to cut M4 bolt: fast and perfect result.
This is a proof of concept, not a ready thing.
TODO
1) to find a way to suck up all dust, which is very dangerous for the printer
2) alternative: to design a disposable cover for the 3Drag
