Parametric Rigid Coupler 5/16" to 5mm on Mostly Printed CNC

I remixed this coupler so I could change the diameter of slightly for the 5/16" rod. I changed it from 7.6mm to 7.94mm which was just enough to still make it a snug fit but able to get the threaded rod in.

While I was at it, I made this parametric, so you can adjust quite a few variables to your liking. I also made an option to make it 2 parts in case someone needs to replace a broken coupling at some point without having to take the Z tower apart.
