Universal-ish spool hub for Hatchbox and Taulman

A friend asked me to make a spool hub that fits Taulman spools for his dry box. Sure! I said. And then discovered that the hub center for a Taulman spool is about 19mm. Doh! So I came up with this. Used the area needed to support the bearing to work on a Hatchbox spool.

Made to fit a 608 bearing.
