Azteeg X5 Smoothieboard Enclosure for Makergear M2 3D printer

This is a simple enclosure for a [Azteeg X5 mini smoothieboard stepper controller board](http://www.panucatt.com/azteeg_X5_mini_reprap_3d_printer_controller_p/ax5mini.htm) from panucatt. I designed this for my Makergear M2 printer to replace a broken RAMBO board (USB communication sometimes broke down when the printer was starting to print).
