Raspberry Pi 2 (or B+) case with 75mm/100mm VESA mount with lock

It is a remix from Raspberry Pi 2 (or B+) case with 75mm/100mm VESA mount. Locks very well. Original design needed screws to fix the pi module and both bottom and top covers. Edited using OpenScad and added lock inspired from SD Card Flip Case by Howey. Also enabled more airflow from sides and bit more space to remove / insert Micro SD card.

In Slic3r, need to disable 'Detect thin walls' for proper slicing.
