Kossel cable holder 2020 openbeam profile

This is a simple cable holder for 2020 openbeam profile. It maintains the endstop cable inside the rail of the openbeam, on the inner part of the profile, so it stays hidden and safe.

I've added a Ring shaped holder intended to hold a bunch of cables along the 2020 profile, better on a cable sleeve. Pics comming
