96mm MFT Benchdogs

Also remixed from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4631917 Started a bench dog collection for 96x96mm spacing. Currently all parts should be considered as work in progress. The pin diameter is set to 19.75mm in CAD. Width between the pins is designed with 96.10mm Feel free to make comments and help testing the designs.
