Office Chair Base Caster Repair

This is a fix to the plastic base of an inexpensive Staples office chair. I break one of these cheap plastic chair bases every 6 months or so.

The replacement part fixes the hole for the caster and reinforces it. Everything fits very snug, no need to glue.

I measured everything and created the part in Blender.
