Piggyback adapter for Synta/Vixen telescope finder bracket

The prototype will be printed next week, but as it isn't a complicated or particularly failure-prone component I went ahead and uploaded.

The only other part necessary for this adapter is a 1/4-20 screw. It's a piggyback adapter useful for attaching guide scopes, cameras, Skyscouts or other accessories to a telescope equipped with the ubiquitous Synta style dovetail shoe.
