Dewalt 611 Dust Shoe

This is a remix of the Dewalt 611 Deflector and Dust Shoe uploaded by vishnubob; all work and credit goes to him, I simply modified his files by increasing the diameter of the collet hole and mirroring the mounting holes to allow for different router orientations.
