It is a Prusa, Mendel, RepRap type Y carriage with 3 point leveling of heatbed.
Needed things are shown on pictures + 4 LM8UU bearing + 8 pvc cable ties. If You use caps for LM8UU additional 16 M3 nuts and 16 M3x16 bolts are needed.
Source Autocad(2010 or higher version) file also uploaded for lasercuting.
Will make 1 or 2 next month.
The 2 holes behind the ones for my belt caps are compatible for this belt holder(big one), that can be used as belt tensioner - http://www.thingive
