This is a a simple remix of ChicagoRobot's design. I have removed his holes for a separate male connector and power switch. Instead I have replaced them with a single hole for a connector / power switch combo as shown in the image. The exact unit can be found on amazon here: http://goo.gl/mRjCUy.
