Roller Blind Ratchet

I built this for my granddaughters play house.

You can purchase the cord pictured from any hobby store. Simply cut an old credit / debit card and slot into the main body so it forms a ratchet against the gear. I used 22mm PVC tube for the main rod.

Works a treat !
