Dremelfuge for M8 threaded rods

I modified the Dremelfuge for M8 rods by enlarging the hub, increasing the shaft diameter, and adding an M8 nut trap so that it can be used with the [608 vacuum turbine](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:149671).

Be very careful when using this. Assuming it gets to the rated 60k RPM that the original vacuum turbine clocked, it can launch things at 188 m/s (half the speed of sound!) if it fails.
