Hot-end mount for Ormerod for a Chinese E3D replika

this is a hot-end mount for a cheap Chinese E3D replika for an Ormerod MK1 or MK2. It is suitable only for the old x-carriage. It is not designed for version 546.1 and upwards. It may work but it also may fail to work.

Features:
- Mounting holes for dc42's proximity sensors (except for the mini version)
- Enough holes for cable ties
- Mounting hole for a LED that should not influence the proximity sensor
