Hinge Style Fan Bracket for Makergear M2

I have never been satisfied with the stock fan bracket system on the M2. It pulls on the wires when flipped out of the way, and using the only bolt holding it in place as the pivot point just feels like "bad engineering". I also never liked the fact that in order to flip the 50mm fan out of the way of seeing the print, you have to take the 40mm fan away from cooling the extruder.
