DIY Multiprotocol TX Module Case

This is the complete case for the DIY Multiprotocol Module that basically supports all Protocols out there today.

1. The back is a modified version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:418883
The original didn't fit too well with my custom top so I edited it a bit to fit 2.5-3mm screw
