TrackIR Headset for FreeTrack Software

Really useful headset designed for FreeTrack headtracker.

Required items:
- 3pcs 920nm Infrared LED
- 100ohm resistor
- Turnighy 138ma or 160ma 1S battery and connector (from ebay)
- hand mold plastic. (Polymorph)


I used 100 ohm resistor as current limiter and it drains ~10-15mA per hours. So the battery enough for 8-10 hours usage.
Polymorph plastic melt in hot water and molded by hand over LEDs as diffuser.
It's working perfect with hacked IR webcam.
