Customizable Bottle Opener with 2 lines of text

This is a tweak of the awesome Customizable Bottle Opener by mphardy (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:139461). The only difference is that that the script is adapted so the user can add 2 lines of text to be engraved on the bottle opener.
Anyway this is tested on my M3D micro and prints nicely on q100% infill.
