update: coupler2.scad is a bit taller so more grip on the 8mm rod, has a stopper inside so both should sit at the same height, and is smaller in diameter.

Joins different sized rods together. Can be used for the Z axis coupler on a 3d printer in a pinch if no flexible coupler is available.
