SWH170 "Kermit" custom skirt

A custom skirt for the SWH170 fpv miniquad.
The following changes are made from the original:
* Holes for "googly eyes" (18mm in diameter)
* Integrated tail lights, fits 10mm pcb addressable RGB LEDs
* Hole for an integrated XT60 connector
* Bigger hole for FPV camera
* Hole for Naze USB connector made smaller (Naze mounted upside down)
* Smaller cutouts for wires

Now there's also a version without holes for googly eyes
