Remote lockout for RockShox SID

Status: *Prototyping*. Lower part fits OK, works as replacement for manual operation. Top parts needs designing.

* Design upper part. Two-way friction lever, or spring on one side?
* May need to modify lower part, so that wire is supported when being pushed
* Decide if wire ball goes on bottom or upper end
* Test!
