Prusa i3 cable holder

Needed something to guide the cable from the RAMPS board to the extruder. Designed a simple holder that can be attached to the backside of the upper left Z-axis holder. You might have to replace your (2) M3 bolts by others that are 5mm longer.

Should have made this a long time ago.
