Halo Reach Com Pad

This Com/Tac Pad can be seen in the "ONI: Sword Base" and "Long Night of Solace" cutscenes. It's essentially a military grade tablet. It is used by the members of Noble Team to access encrypted data as well as communicate with their superior, Colonel Holland.
