k8400 Shaft Silencer K 8400

After hours of printing well my K8400 starts making some strange noise. The reason for that noise are the rods sliding in their bearings back and fore because there is too much gap to the end plates.
I don´t wanted to use any glue or locktite so I came up with the Idea to make this modified plates.
