Mikhail Mouse

This is an odd sketch that some friends and I were playing with in Sculptris. It started out as a weird face that I thought looked kind of Russian. Then the skull was pulled out into this disturbing tumorous bulb. Finally mouse ears were sculpted in, resulting in Mikhail Mouse.
