HP Microserver - 5.25" face plate replacement panel

I managed to misplace the 5.25" bay face plate from my HP microserver and wanted to replace it with something.

I've included 3 models (in order of least to most airflow)
1: Blank face plate
2: Alternate stepped slotted vents
3: Hex perforated vents (see v2 for fixed up tabs/clips)
