Smart LCD mount for Kossel 2020 with USB connector

I modified Rambozo's LCD mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:846900) to include enough room for a USB extension cable. This way the SD card is on the left of the LCD mount, and USB connector is on the right in case I want to directly hook up a laptop.

Snaps onto the LCD and into the 2020 frame. If it's difficult to get onto the smart LCD, apply a little heat (e.g. a flame, briefly) to the "ears" to soften them slightly so they can be bent a bit.
