Primesense Carmine v1.09 Glasses Adapter

This is an adapter for mounting reading glass lenses in front of a Primesense Carmine v1.09 sensor in order to improve detail resolution. Use cheap +2.5 diopter plastic reading glasses, and cut 2cm squares from the center of each lens.

Unlike other designs I saw that required using a hole saw to cut a circular lens piece, this fully parametric design simplifies the build by using square-cut lenses.
