Egg Slicer

The wire is a 0.28mm guitar string and I used a push fit 3.6mm carbon rod for the hinge. (base is drilled to 3.5mm and top to 4.0mm).

The wires ends are fixed in place by an M3 screw and nut that's recessed into the base.

Getting the wires through was a bit tricky, so the STL I've uploaded has slightly larger wire-holes and the slots in the base are a little wider too.
