Ultimaker Axis (Bearing) Cap

This is a replacement inner axis cap for the Ultimaker. It is very similar to PabloBell's nutless axis nut that was derived from MoonCactus' design. The key difference in this design is that I added hexagonal extension that contains a standard hex nut (press-fit).
