Radial Fan Duct rev. 4

very similar to my previous model, just a bit more refined. See http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:990255 for more info.

Changes made:
-Increased clearance between bottom of upper duct and heater block, do no need the foil heat shield anymore.
-Reshaped the upper duct to concentrate the air more directly on throat/barrel
