Sliding glass door brace

when my wife and I bought our house, it had a 1" pipe that was logged in the door to keep people with less than honorable intentions from sliding the open. it looked rough, and was a hastle to keep moving out of the way and kept falling over, I made this so it rotates out of the way when the door is open and sits firmly against the door when in use.

To make this I used a 1' pipe (cut to length of the space between the brace bracket and the door, minus ~.250 (cut to fit desired snugness))
