Pop-out window bracket part (V2)

This is a redesign of my http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:165440 - the position of the pin hole was just slightly off, it didn't close the window as tightly as it should; at freeway speeds, it was like having the window rolled down a tiny bit.

So, I moved the pin hole a couple of millimeters, and that did the trick.

And, since that one broke when removing the pin, I also redesigned it to be made of two parts to maximize the strength (to minimize the the reliance on layer bond strength)
