Outlet Cover - Circular - Circle

Here's two outlet covers for my old 1960's home. I couldn't find them at the local Home Depot, so why not design and print myself.

2.75" (distance between holes) X 4.125" Diameter
and
3.50" (distance between holes) X 4.625" Diameter

Both are .09" thick and have a conic radius at the edge, to blend into the wall and transition smoothly to the flat surface.
