Box for Mega plus RAMPS boards

Another contribution to the RAMPS box design collection. This is a simple open top box that fits the Mega/Ramps combo. Additional ventilation is through bottom slits and side holes. There is a side-hole for the reset button. The tabs are designed for 5mm screws for mounting.

The fit is quite snug. There is a back rail and a side rail to hold the boards in place. The square openings are designed for zip ties if needed.
