Wall mount for the Ikea JANSJÖ desk led lamp

I have a very nice Ikea LED desk lamp you can find here:

Because I have very limited desk space I've decided to build a wall mount for it. You can easily dismount the lamp base using a screwdriver.
The mount contains only 2 pieces. One to be fixed on the wall with 2 screws and one where the lamp is fixed using own screws from the base.
