Sony Tripod Adapter

There are 2 solutions to this problem of mounting anything other than a camera to a Sony tripod. Duplicate the shoe or duplicate the camera base. In this case I have duplicated the camera base. This allows you to use other tripods with the same screw common to SLR cameras.

You will require a nut that fits the shoe bolt, to press into the adapter. Then you glue the adapter to the object to be mounted.
