Fishing rod holder

A rod holder for boats, canoes, jetties. A 25mm ball allows adjustment to a wide variety of angles. The first mount is set to + or - horizontal. The next mount is for + or - 45deg.
I have updated v4 of the rod holder which includes gussets to the ball for added strength.
