The better spool holder - M3D The Micro

This spool holder is designed to:

- Align the spool so it faces the print head (unlike the original spool holder). This helps the filament run so much better.
- Be really sturdy. M24x3 threads match that. =)
- Be fully printable with [M3D The Micro](https://printm3d.com/).

This is **my first released thing** in which I've put more effort so all comments and improvement ideas are welcome! =)
