Davinci Bed Adjusting Knob REMIX V2

Added round and pointy ends so it is easier to figure out how much the knobs have been turned. Also added a small lip that will help to figure out when to PAUSE the print to insert the M3 nut. As soon as the lip section is done printing and starts to print the regular cylinder again, pause the print and just push the M3 nut inside the cavity.
