The only issue I encountered with daGHIZmo's fantastic EEZYbotARM is that it doesn't fit the arms/handles that came with my generic SG90 9g micro servos. I've mocked up a model of the arms that came with my servos and used it modify the parts of the EEZYbotARM. So check if you have the 20mm (original) or 22mm (mine) model of the servo arms and save yourself 6 hours with a Stanley knife and a stab wound (true story)

I've also added some push-pin style bolts to save you the hassle of hunting down bolts, hence this is project is now fully printable except for the 4 micro servos and controls.

General note, it's good to check that your printer is printing 1:1 size and doesn't have a slightly stuck axis when you're printing objects to particular specifications. The 1mm spacer and 2.5mm and 3.5mm bolts should help with that.
